Payment forms:

We accept cash or bank transfer. Internationally, we are happy to accept PayPal.

Cancellation/Lateness:

At Koko Vocals, we request 24 hours’ notice of any cancellation, after which we must request full payment for the missed lesson. This is because you are booking our time, so make sure you take advantage of our awesome lessons when you’ve booked!

If a client is late for an agreed appointment, we must still work to the original, agreed start time. We cannot make up time missed by the client.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early for your lesson to allow for parking time and to avoid traffic. If using Skype, please consider logging on 15 minutes early in case of technical glitches.

In the event that Koko Vocals must cancel an appointment, we will do our utmost to reschedule to the soonest available time to ensure the learning is not missed for that week.
